Timely Production and efficient execution Proper Storage, Loading and unloading of Rolls Ensuring Timely and Proper Machinery maintenence and Cleaning Check and Monitor all Production machinery are cleaned after every lot. Do Preventive maintence, Monitor fault maintenance to Minimum New Developments of Composite Collect the Swatches and Analysis , Trial , Delivery to Apex PD team for their approval . Second or Thrid Trial of samples if any comments come from Apex PD. Keeping Record of approved samples for future bulk Production Provide Proper Training to Workers Train workers to do the correct work without Supervision Packing and delivery of Goods Proper packing and delivery of goods
