MAINTAINING & MANAGING SERVICE MATTERS RELATED TO CURRENT CLIENTS: MANAGING AND HANDLING COMPLAINTS AND CASES
Registration of Complaints and Cases Coordination with Branches and Departments Make Plans for Generating New Leads in Existing and New segments Communication with Clients
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT THROUGH NEW CUSTOMERS AND LEAD GENERATION : CONDUCTING RESEARCH & ANALYSIS FOR TARGET INFORMATION
Customer payment collection and processing Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaign using analytics tool
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT THROUGH NEW CUSTOMERS AND LEAD GENERATION : LEAD GENERATION
