QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Educational Qualification: B. Tech
Experience: Fresher
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
INSTALLATION & IMPLEMENTATION OF MACHINES
Succesful Installation of machines in time Checking Prerequisite of Installation, Understanding the machine and successfully installing machine at clients factory Training & Implementation
IMPLEMENTATION & TRAINING OF MANUAL & AUTOMATIC MACHINARIES (ALL DIVISION)
Ensuring detailed Implementation and training of technical service by Division team members
IMPLEMENTATION OF CONSUMABLES (E.G. ADHESIVES & TAPES)
Customer support and satisfication on consumables Satisfying Client with successful implementation as per their requirements Training proper method of bonding Training the operator to achieve full coverage on type of sprays and applications
REPAIR & MAINTENANCE
Efficient Customer Complain Resolution Timely registering Repair Calls from client and ensuring minimum turnaround time for immediate resolution Maintenance Training Ensuring Schedule Regular maintenance plan at clients factory, setting up maintenance log chart, training operators on basic maintenance, timely change of spare parts if any
CONDUCTING ADHESIVE TROUBLESHOOTING
Resolution of any Issues related to adhesives as per clients satisfaction
TECHNICAL SALES
New products/applications' successful trials Conducting trials as per client satisfaction, showcasing opportunity on new areas of application
INTRODUCTION OF TECHNICAL PRODUCT
Identifying Process gaps to ensure in-depth improvement in client's process
CREATING TRAINING MATERIALS
Creating New Collaterals
INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT
TECHNICAL SALES & VISITOR MANAGEMENT
