QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Commerce
Experience: 2-3 years
Skill: Hands-on proficiency in MS-Excel
AVAILABILITY OF EMPLOYEE TRANSPORTATION IN THE GIVEN ROUTES
1. a). Howrah station to H.O b). Dakshineswar-Dumdum Airport to H.O
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
ADHERENCE OF TDS & TCS COMPLIANCES
Timely & accurate preparation of liability working and disbursement of liability Preparing working for making monthly TDS & TCS payments and ensuring payment disbursement Timely filing of Quarterly TDS & TCS returns Preparing working & timely filing of quarterly returns.
ADHERENCE OF INCOME TAX PROVISIONS
Ensuring Advance Tax, Self Assessment Tax Payment within due dates Calculation & Timely payment of Advance Tax / Self Assessment Tax Timely Preparation and filing of Financials of Individuals within due date Preparing financials of Individual Books of Account and filing the returns timely Filing of 15CA co-ordinating with auditor as and when required Liasioning with auditor and getting the Form 15CA prepared as required from time to time by finance department Preparing & providing Tax Audit data to Auditors Preparing Tax Audit Data as required by Auditors of the company within the stipulated time
GST NORMS ADHERENCE
Doing Timely GSTR ITC Reconciliation Ensuring ITC as per books is reconciled with GSTR-2B every month before filing of GSTR-3B Ensuring Timely Monthly GST return filing Responsible for filing GSTR-1, 3B before due date every month Timely Annual Return Filing Co-ordinating with Auditors, preparing related workings and ensuring to file Annual Return & Half yearly returns before due date Assisting in Assessment Preparing workings, arranging documents, visiting department, co-ordinating with consultant for any GST related notices
